Note: Only the "Master User" has access to this feature.

Before assigning staff please ensure that you have set up office and staff.

Under the View/Edit Client heading on the left hand pane of the main screen select List Clients. Next select from the List Clients screen the client to whom you wish allocate an operative and select Main Details.

Click on the Assign Staff button. From the list select the person to be assigned to this client and hit the Assign button. Add further members by repeating this process.

Checking the Restrict access to.. button ensures that no further staff members may be assigned to this client. To remove an operative from the list, highlight the person concerned and click on the Unassign Staff button.
